Trauma-Informed Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you’d like to be, with practical tools, reflection, and emotional support.
Trauma-informed coaching recognises that past experiences can shape how we think, feel, and relate to the world.
I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you don’t have to relive your trauma to move forward. My approach is body-aware, client-led, and rooted in emotional safety.
Yes. Confidentiality is a core part of my coaching practice. Everything you share with me during our sessions is kept strictly confidential. The only exceptions to this are rare situations where I may be legally or ethically required to break confidentiality.
Creating a safe, non-judgemental space is central to how I work, so you can feel secure being open and honest throughout our coaching journey.
No. You never have to share more than you want to.
Coaching is a future focused, forward moving process. We do not need to revisit upsetting past experiences unless you want to. Our work is about supporting you in the present and helping you build the tools, insight and confidence to move forward in a way that feels right to you.
Sessions are completely tailored to you — your story, your goals, and your pace. This is a safe, non-judgemental space to explore what’s going on beneath the surface and build tools for healing, regulation, and confidence.
Here are some common themes we can work on together:
- Emotional & nervous system regulation
Learn how to calm overwhelm, anxiety, or shutdown using body-based tools that help you feel grounded and safe.
- Understanding your neurodivergent mind
Explore how your brain works, reduce shame, and create routines, support, and strategies that suit your unique rhythm.
- Boundaries, burnout & people-pleasing
Build healthy boundaries, protect your energy, and feel more in control of your time and emotions.
- Inner critic, low confidence & self-sabotage
Work through negative self-talk and perfectionism, and learn how to reconnect with your self-worth.
- Trauma recovery & emotional healing
We don’t relive trauma , instead we focus on creating safety and reconnecting to your body and self with compassion.
There’s no pressure to show up in any specific way — just bring yourself as you are. Together, we’ll move toward more clarity, calm, and confidence.
Sessions are normal 60 minutes but we can do longer sessions if you would like. Some people work with me weekly, others bi-weekly — we can create a rhythm that fits your needs and energy.
That’s completely okay, coaching is a big step, and it’s normal to feel unsure.
This is why I offer a free discovery call: it’s a gentle, no-pressure space to explore what you need, ask questions, and get a feel for whether this kind of support feels good for you.
You don’t have to commit to anything, just come as you are.
